How many photos do I need?

One of each person or pet is enough, and more helps. Choose photos where the faces are clear and the light is good; the outfits and backgrounds don't have to match.

How do you put everyone together?

We arrange everyone into one layout and show it to you first, so you can move people around before the portrait is made. Tell us who stands next to whom, and who's always holding the dog.

Can someone who has passed be included?

Yes. Their photo can be decades older than everyone else's; tell us how you'd like them placed. Our page on memorial family portraits explains more.

What does it cost to add more people?

Order the family portrait and add each extra person or pet as you order. The total shows before you check out.

How soon will I see it?

Your preview comes by email before you pay a thing, and you can ask for changes until you love it.
